lunch: omelet, toast mit schmear
dinner: stir-fried veggies & tofu, brown rice
dessert: raspberry-lemon bar, ice cream

Leg-and-core set yesterday: 20 leg drops, abd/add/glut/quad 1x20@5, plank 1x60sec.

In bed around midnight, up 7:00 to alarm. Not enough sleep. Nap yesterday afternoon, I think not particularly long.
