Dream journal

The protagonist, a dark-haired Amazon-type warrior woman, and one of her friends are being held captive in a cave. The blonde friend has been blinded earlier in the episode, but so far neither of them has given up the information their captors want. A huge door creaks open, and a giant rock-monster (think Galaxy Quest) enters the chamber. Followed by a man with a bullwhip. The door closes. The man explains, "This rock monster was caught trying to escape. It will be killed, of course. The question is, how and how quickly? These rock monsters can take a lot of pain before they die. Really a lot of pain... Have you ever heard a rock monster scream in pain?" as he licks his lips in anticipation. At which point, mercifully, I wake up.
