1. Venison -- cooked it a number of times
2. Nettle tea -- well, not exactly tea, but I've made soup with nettles many a time when backpacking.
3. Huevos rancheros -- at a greasy spoon in El Paso, IIRC. Spent much of the rest of the day in the bathroom.
