Dream journal

A team of about half a dozen people in their twenties & thirties worked for a delivery company, but were secretly retrofitting one of the delivery vans for time travel. Think a cross between "Back to the Future" and [original] "Ghostbusters". In fact, I'm pretty sure there were some early-SNL cast involved. There was a twenty-something female test pilot musing with anticipation about making her first jump backwards in time, saying something about "no rules... no standards..." and one of the male engineers pointed out "Actually, we have submitted the tech standards to the City." And that's all I remember now.
