176.2 lbs. (!!!)

breakfast: grapefruit, yogurt, cereal, soy milk, blueberries, toast mit schmear
lunch: French fries w/pulled pork, broccoli slaw, Brussels sprouts, gelato
dinner: bratwurst, onions, corn on the cob
dessert: lemon-raspberry bar

Exercise yesterday: one upper-body set. Lats, triceps, BP, traps 1x12@25; biceps 1x12@20; deltoids 1x12@15.

In bed c. 12:45 AM (yuck!), up 7:00 to alarm. Not enough sleep.
