So I was standing at the checkout counter waiting for the customer in front of me, and idly watching the display as her items were scanned in. The display, naturally, abbreviates everything to a cryptic shorthand, and I'm used to that, but still, I was a little startled to see

The "GL" was short for "Golden"; I couldn't figure out what the "BT" stood for without acting snoopy.

I only steal the best. Some comedian on LOGO had a routine wherein his grandmother thought milk made you gay because it said "homo milk" on the receipt.

Hee. Similar joke was used in a radio clip by AnonymousComedian #2 about Rice-a-Roni... but it wasn't as funny. Lots more words needed because the connection wasn't as obvious.
