Bread
Baked bread this morning. On a lark, I decided to get the Romertopf out of the basement and try baking in it. I'd forgotten exactly how that's done, but that's what the Internet is for. The results are beautiful: 
The white stuff in the jar is the sourdough culture, received from
lizonice five months ago and kept alive so far.
Haven't cut into the bread for a taste yet.
Edit: Yum! Made toasted ham-and-cheese sandwiches for dinner, to go with the ramp-asparagus soup I made this morning.
