This is a very clear and succinct summary of how basic statistical principles apply to much of life. I wish you had gone one step further after discussing voter fraud to how voter suppression is its inverse. Voter suppression is acceptance of very high false positives. The conservative justification, however, is the prevention of false negatives (voter fraud).
