It was billed as a recorder workshop, so "instruments" wasn't really an issue. Not all of the classes were focused on a specific composer; that just happened to be true of most of the ones we signed up for.
The morning classes are repeated Saturday and Sunday; the afternoon classes are one-offs, with two on Saturday and a different one on Sunday. In our case, the different one on Sunday was "8-foot-pitch recorders", with tenors on the top line, basses and C-great-basses in the middle, and F-contra-basses on the bottom. With this ensemble, we played through three or four 17th-century pieces by different composers.
