On my way to the train, I passed a work crew tearing up a sidewalk. A bluestone sidewalk, which they were carefully breaking into tiny pieces with a sledgehammer. I told them those stones were probably worth at least $100 each, and there ought to be a way to take them out without breaking them. I don't think they understood me.
