snow business, continued

The snow seems to have stopped falling, and the blizzard warning (formerly scheduled to last until 6:00 tonight) has been revised to end at noon. My yardstick says we have 19" of snow on the front sidewalk, none of which was there at this time yesterday.

shalmestere's employers, some time after midnight, saw reason and announced that they were closing for the day. Yay!
