Federal budget deficit numbers

We're halfway through the U.S. Federal fiscal year, so I've updated my budget-deficit page to show (pro rata) fiscal 2018-2019. Not surprisingly, the budget deficit has continued to increase rapidly: if I included extrapolated years in my Top Ten list, 2018-2019 would have the fourth-largest inflation-adjusted deficit ever (behind 2008-2009, 2009-2010, and 2011-2012, and just ahead of 2010-2011).
