As I was writing a comment on somebody else's post a minute ago, I heard a rattling noise outside. Looked outside the office window and saw a raccoon trying to get into the trash barrel in our back yard. I opened the window and shouted at it, which slowed it down for a few seconds. So I grabbed my keys, went downstairs, out to the back yard in my bathrobe, and shouted at it again. It jumped off the overturned trash barrel and ran a few steps away, then looked at me accusingly, like "Do you mind? I'm trying to eat here." I threw something at it and it escaped through the next door neighbor's back yard.
